I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again. I love how the craft brewing community exchange ideas, share breweries and work collaboratively. If it wasn’t for that sense of togetherness, would we ever get wonderful beers like this one? Perhaps not.
So what are we looking at here, well, inside this fine can design is a 6.9% pistachio and honeycomb stout full of sweet richness. Sure the pistachio and honeycomb are instantly recognisable but so to is the obligatory chocolate and coffee. You will also be treated to hints of caramel, nuts, fudge and just a fraction of almond.
That’s quite the flavour profile. But all of that complexity is really well balanced and simply a joy to drink.
