I have been rediscovering my appreciation for Lager recently. It all started a few months ago with the amazing Pillars lager. One Lager is yet another example of this style of beer done right.

Just because a lager is light, crisp and clean, it doesn’t mean it has to be over-carbonated and flavourless. One Lager is anything but a typical commercial Lager. It retains that refreshing quality but brings with it a zingy citrus flavour and a lovely bitterness for a bit of balance. A good malty quality too.

Don’t turn your nose up at all Lager. Try this 🙏🍻
