Friday-IPA celebrated to the fullest with an absolutely stunning collab beer called Jasmine Dragon from @thinmanbrewery and @totenhopfen.
Both of these brewers are new to me but from the first drop I knew they know how to knock up great beer.
The overarching flavour is pineapple and lime. The Jasmine tea infusion is delicate but adds a fresh and aromatic dimension to proceedings. Highly recommended.
Amazing, different, interesting and loads of flavour.
