Starting 2023 with a serious drop of beer. An 8.5% Double IPA to be precise. To be honest, I got this beer some time ago and have been sitting on it for a while (not for any particular reason). Maybe it is past its best, but regardless, it tasted damn great to me!
All sorts of tropical flavours are present and correct including mango, papaya and pineapple. It is silky smooth and full bodied giving me the perfect pickup for the January blues 🍻
Pressure Drop is so under represented on my Beerstagram and something I really need to address in ’23 🍻
